Welcome to SportAI. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SportAI, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Description of Service

SportAI is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:

Personalized workout routines and training plans
Nutrition and meal plan recommendations
Exercise video demonstrations
AI coaching and real-time guidance
Progress tracking and analytics
Social features including friend challenges

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

SportAI operates on a monthly subscription model at €30/month.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers)
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Upload malicious content or engage in abusive behavior
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

6. Health Disclaimer

SportAI is not a medical service. The workout routines, nutrition plans, and coaching provided are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. You use SportAI at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your physical health and safety during exercise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within SportAI, including but not limited to exercise videos, graphics, software, text, and design, is the property of SportAI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User Content

By using social features (challenges, leaderboards), you grant SportAI a non-exclusive license to display your username and relevant fitness data to other participants. You retain ownership of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@sportai.fitness. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of SportAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.

Al crear una cuenta o usar SportAI, confirmas que tienes al menos 16 años y aceptas estos Términos de Servicio y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no puedes utilizar la aplicación.

2. Descripción del Servicio

SportAI es una aplicación de fitness impulsada por IA que proporciona:

Rutinas de entrenamiento y planes personalizados
Recomendaciones de nutrición y planes de comidas
Vídeos demostrativos de ejercicios
Coaching con IA y guía en tiempo real
Seguimiento de progreso y analíticas
Funciones sociales incluyendo retos entre amigos

3. Registro de Cuenta

Debes proporcionar información precisa y completa al crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo tu cuenta.

4. Suscripción y Pagos

SportAI funciona con un modelo de suscripción mensual a €30/mes.
El pago se procesa de forma segura a través de Stripe.
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente cada mes salvo cancelación.
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento. El acceso continúa hasta el final del período de facturación actual.
Los reembolsos se gestionan caso por caso. Contáctanos dentro de los 7 días posteriores al cargo.

5. Uso Aceptable

Aceptas no:

Compartir, revender o redistribuir el acceso a tu cuenta
Realizar ingeniería inversa o descompilar la aplicación
Usar sistemas automatizados para acceder al servicio
Interferir con el funcionamiento adecuado del servicio
Subir contenido malicioso o participar en comportamiento abusivo
Suplantar a otros usuarios o falsear tu identidad

6. Aviso de Salud

SportAI no es un servicio médico. Las rutinas de entrenamiento, planes de nutrición y coaching proporcionados son generados por inteligencia artificial y tienen fines informativos y educativos únicamente. No sustituyen el consejo médico profesional.

Debes consultar a un profesional de la salud antes de comenzar cualquier programa de fitness, especialmente si tienes condiciones médicas preexistentes. Usas SportAI bajo tu propia responsabilidad.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido de SportAI, incluyendo vídeos, gráficos, software, texto y diseño, es propiedad de SportAI y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual.

8. Contenido del Usuario

Al usar funciones sociales (retos, clasificaciones), otorgas a SportAI una licencia no exclusiva para mostrar tu nombre de usuario y datos de fitness relevantes a otros participantes.

9. Disponibilidad del Servicio

Nos esforzamos por mantener disponibilidad continua pero no garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido. Podemos suspender temporalmente el acceso por mantenimiento o actualizaciones.

10. Terminación

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu cuenta si violas estos Términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta contactando a contact@sportai.fitness.

11. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, SportAI no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio.

12. Cambios en los Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios significativos se comunicarán a través de la app o por email.

13. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la Unión Europea y la legislación nacional aplicable.
